Mr. Ibrahim Jassim Al-Othman (Chairman)

Mr. Ibrahim Al-Othman holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil industry working for National, International and Oil Service companies. He also represents QP as a director on the Boards of other joint venture companies.

Mr. Ibrahim Al-Mulla (Vice Chairman)

Mr. Al-Mulla has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. He joined the National Oil Distribution Company (“Nodco”) in 1981, initially working in Operations as a plant operator, before joining the Finance Department in 1986. After the merger of Nodco with Qatar Petroleum, Mr. Al-Mulla assumed a variety of senior finance roles, until he was appointed in 2004 as the Manager of Qatar Petroleum’s Department of Privatized Companies Affairs . Mr. Al-Mulla is responsible for providing a wide range of head office services in line with international best practice to three of Qatar’s largest listed companies, Industries Qatar, Gulf International Services and Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company. Mr. Al-Mulla serves on the Boards of several of QP’s affiliates, including Qatar Steel, Gulf Drilling International, and Qatar Shell GTL Limited. Mr. Al-Mulla graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University in Egypt, where he received a BA. in Accounting and Business Administration in 1986.

Mr. Mubarak Al-Hajri (CEO/Managing Director (MD))

Mr. Mubarak A. Al-Hajri was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Drilling International Limited during 2015 and he is currently acquire the position as GDI Managing Director. He has 33 years of experience in Qatar Petroleum, where he worked his way up to group Manager’s position. Earlier he held the position of Operations Manager (Offshore Fields) at Qatar Petroleum for the past 11 years. Mr. Al-Hajri qualified as an Electrical Engineer (UK) and went on to acquire a Masteral Degree (MBA) from the United Kingdom. In addition, he is a member of various business committees and has participated and chaired a numbers of International Conferences.

Mr. Fahad Al-Ansari (Director)

Mr. Fahad Al-Ansari is currently the Project Services Manager of Qatar Petroleum. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Field having worked locally and overseas on assignments. Mr. Fahad joined Qatar Petroleum from RasGas where he served as the Sales & Contract Manager. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the General Tenders Committee and also represents QP in some of the joint ventures as a Member and some of the subsidiaries as a Board of Director. A graduate of Qatar University, Mr. Fahad has attended executive education programs at The Harvard Business School, University of Chicago Business School, HEC Paris, Duke Corporate Education and Al-Jazeera Media Training Center.

Mr. Saud Al-Ruwaili (Director)

Mr. Soud Al-Ruwaili joined QP in 1989. He was a Chemical Engineering Graduate from Teesside University and earned units of MBA from Glamorgan University. Throughout his more than 25 years of profession, he held key positions within the company and was appointed as Assistant Manager, Production Operation in 2005 followed by his appointment as Manager of Gas Operations Department in 2014. He directed Internal Audits within QP Dukhan Operations being a Team Leader in the Quality Management Team. He led various committees such as Chairman for BPTC and CIP, Team Leader of SMS Transition Implementation Action Team for PTW & JSA, Eradah Rollout of Turnaround, Dukhan Reliability Enhancement Project, Operations Excellence Framework and ePTW Project in Dukhan Operations. He was also QP Team Leader for GCC Production and Maintenance Committee, Deputy Chairman of Organizing Committee for 1st and 2nd Operational Safety Challenges Forum. He was appointed as Board Member of Al waseeta on November 2012 and led as Chairman of the Alwaseeta Board Audit Committee.

<B>Chairman of the Board     Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi</B><br/><P>Mr. Al-Kaabi graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, USA in 1991 with a BSc in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering. Currently, he is the Director of Oil & Gas Ventures at Qatar Petroleum. He oversees all exploration and oil & gas development activity in Qatar. Mr. Al-Kaabi reports directly to QP’s Chairman and Managing Director Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Sada, Minister for Energy & Industry.</P> <b>Vice Chairman     Mr. Abdulrahman Ahmad Al-Shaibi</b><br/><p>Mr. Al-Shaibi is currently Director Finance of Qatar Petroleum. He serves on the Board of key financial, oil & gas and other companies that are at the heart of the State’s economy.  Some of the major companies include QatarGas Group of Companies, Qatar Steel Company, Tasweeq, Qatar Aluminum, Qatar Financial Center (QFCA) and Qatar Petroleum International (QPI). Mr. Al-Shaibi is also member of the State of Qatar Finance Policy and Strategy Committee.</p> <b>CEO & Director     Mr. Ibrahim Jassim Al Othman</b><br/><p>Mr. Al-Othman holds a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He has over 20 years’ of experience in the oil industry working for National, International and Service Oil Companies.  He also represents QP as a Director on Boards of several joint ventures.</p> <b>Director     Mr. Talib A. Al-Murri is currently the Operations Manager (Drilling) for Qatar Petroleum (QP).  He is Mechanical Engineer and has worked for Qatar Petroleum (QP) for 37 years.  He is the highest level of Technical and Management Authority for all Drilling Operations (Onshore and Offshore) in Qatar Petroleum.</p> <b>Director     Mr. Rashid A. Al-Dosari</b><br/><p>Mr. Rashid A. Al-Dosari is currently Manager Drilling (Onshore) of Qatar Petroleum.  He holds a Degree in Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering and has over 28 years of experience with Qatar Petroleum in all aspects of drilling operations. He has extensive experience in dealing with National and International (Oil & Gas) Companies, as well as Drilling and Service Companies in Qatar.</p>
